Our Story

Our family has always supported Missionaries throughout the world. We support those who are on the front lines of ministry, in countries, where preaching the Gospel of Jesus Christ can result in imprisonment, torture, and even death. The Lord has used us to support hundreds of children and families all over the world. As of March 2017, we support missions and ministry locally and in Belize, South Africa, West Africa, Puerto Rico, and Pakistan. On some missions trips, the Lord has used our family to bring gifts of small toys, shoes, food, necessity items, and candy to families who had never received these items. The Lord has sent us to the poorest areas, to remind our family of God's loving kindness.

It was June of 2016, when the Lord had sent a traveling missionary to Oklahoma. Through God's leading, this missionary ended up at our home for a time of refreshing and restoration. It was during this same time the Lord presented our family with the opportunity to purchase a pizza place. We were not looking to purchase a business but had been praying to the Lord that HE would open new opportunities for us to be able to support more ministries and missions. We had told the Lord that we were willing to work longer hours at our current jobs or would put our hands to work at whatever He desired us to do. Our hearts just desired more funds to be able to have a greater impact for the Kingdom of Heaven.

One afternoon shortly after being presented with the pizza business opportunity, we were sitting at our kitchen table having lunch with our new missionary friend. We began talking about purchasing this pizza place. This was when the missionary spoke up and said, "Now I know why I am here. I told God I didn't want to come to Oklahoma, but He directed me here. I used to manage a small independently family owned and operated pizza restaurant and just a few days ago, I was praying to God and asked HIM to direct me to a business, preferably a pizza business. God gave me a new recipe for pizza dough and I have been wanting to try it out".

Once he spoke these words, we knew the pizza business opportunity was given to us by the Lord. We accepted the call and began to open the business under the original name of Hometown Pizza in July of 2016. While out driving, on July 27, 2016, Stephen received a vision of the sign you now see out front of Heavenly Dough Pizzeria. He wanted the sign he saw in his vision and asked the Lord how he could receive the sign.

The next day on July 28, 2016 a salesman walked into the restaurant and asked if we were interested in purchasing a sign. Stephen sat down with the salesman and when the salesman opened his sales book, the sign in Stephen's vision was the exact same as the picture in his book. It was an incredible revelation of the Living God and confirmation that the Lord was in control. As we were signing the papers for the sign purchase, the Lord began to tell our traveling missionary friend that the salesman had been suffering severely from back and knee pain. The missionary asked if he could pray for the man's back and for God to heal him. The man agreed and as the missionary was praying, the man began to feel a change and stood up in amazement. He walked around the restaurant and even walked around outside and was astonished by the healing he had instantly received in Jesus name.

The next day on July 29, 2016 our employees were running low on pizza dough. Stephen and Stacie's son Elijah was preparing more dough. After preparing a batch of dough and putting it in pans, Elijah returned to the mixer to make another batch of dough. To his amazement, as soon as he returned to the mixer, it was already full of perfectly prepared dough! The Lord had miraculously manifested a ball of dough inside the mixer bowl. This was supernatural and exciting to our children, who are always looking to GOD for HIS miracles, and will use HIS work to show those who didn't believe.

We felt the Lord confirming to us that Heavenly Dough Pizzeria was HIS perfect will for our lives. The rest of the evening was full of joy for our employees. It was direct confirmation of HIS faithfulness and love for HIS children. The Lord then spoke again to Stephen and told him to close and remodel to reflect the new name. We closed for three weeks, and then reopened under the new name with a new sign in August of 2016. The salesman who sold us the new sign, walked into the restaurant after the remodel and said he did not even recognize it anymore.

We want to thank you for your business & your love for Heavenly Dough. Heavenly Dough loves you and we want you to know that God loves you too. You are HIS child, and no matter what you have done in your life, HE loves you as you are. We pray that when you come into Heavenly Dough, you will experience the love and joy, that HE gives us.
